    Yes, but don't waste your time. They all stink.

    However, if you own Norton 360, part of the package includes Norton VPN and you get the entire security suite with that. Not bad.
    As a matter of fact, I'm using it now and the VPN is quite fast with many countries to choose from!

    Norton 360 is your best bet, if you can get it for cheap.

    OK. There is a free alternative to a VPN, it's called a Proxy Server - two different things.

    Here's a good explanation, so I don't have to type:

    For the Proxy Server, I recommend this -

    ProxySite.com - Free Web Proxy Site

    The functionality will be different.
