Intel Ethernet Adapter crashing on Windows 10 at login screen
I'm having a really weird issue with my Intel I211 Ethernet Network Adapter on my ASRock X570 Taichi motherboard.
It was working fine before I updated the drivers to Wired_PROSet_26.8_x64. Since then the network adapter no longer works under Windows, it crashes at the login screen with no BSOD or error message unless I disable the network adapter in the BIOS/UEFI. I tested it under Ubuntu Live USB and it works fine there.
I have tried uninstalling the drivers using Device Manager but still have the same issue. Safe Mode with Networking also crashes at the login screen. Event Viewer shows nothing out of the ordinary. Other than this issue my PC is working fine. A repair install of Windows 10 did not fix the issue. Windows 10 crashes at "Getting devices ready" screen with a repair install and the network adapter enabled.
Is there a way to completely uninstall all network drivers from Windows 10 so I can clean install? It seems like the above new drivers are still on the system somewhere causing this issue.
Clean install of Windows is not an option as I don't have the time due to work.

Just to clarify, the PC crashes at the login screen with no BSOD or error message.
