HELP! I Have No Internet.. PLZ HELP ME

Hi guys.. I don't know why I don't have internet anymore on my PC. I tried using a different ethernet cable, system restore to a previous state and uninstalling the network driver. None of these helps. The router seems to work fine since I'm getting wifi out of it although the issue us with the ethrnet cable.

The light on the port of the modem flashes green. The light on the port on the PC is solid orange with another light above it is flashing yellow. I don't know what this means exactly.

Is there a way to find out if the internet port on the motherboard is damaged?

Open Device Manager and look for any yellow exclamation mark, specially for network adapter.

Well, looking at the manual for your motherboard, if it is MSI H110M gaming, your port on the motherboard does not appear damaged. I put a red box around the colors you said are on it.

Please provide the output of ipconfig /all.

To do this, press the windows key + r (shortcut to run)

type "cmd" in it and click ok or press enter.

In the cmd window, type "ipconfig /all" without the quotes, and press enter.

    Hello @yahanna,

Have you tried any of the Options in Settings > Network and Internet like Show available Networks, View your Network Properties, or Network Reset?

Have you run the TroubleShooters Hardware and Devices, Internet Connections, or Network Adapter?

    I hope this helps.

    Hi tomdsr,

Thank you so much for your help. I managed to fix it last nite.

But I still need your help. If you look at the screen shot I have several 'local area network' icons in my network connections folder. I believe most are not necessary. How do I delete the ones that aren't needed without messing up my connection?

[1] Plug in the Ethernet cable to see which one shows as connected.
[2] Unplug the Ethernet cable and connect to the Wi-Fi to see which one shows as connected.
    [3] Remove the the others.
    [4] Have a look at these . . .

It is obvious that you have Windscribe as a VPN installed. That right there can screw with network connections if enabled.

That makes 0 sense. How can a VPN screw up a connection?

    Hi Paul,

Appreciate the help. But fyi I dont have wireless connections on my PC.

Anyway I did as you asked, I disconnected the ethernet cable then plugged back in and found which is connection was true. I then disabled the rest of the connections. But theyre still visible in the network connections folder.

I read your link and tried one of the solutions to delete them. But it doesnt work. Here are my updated screen shots:
