How Do I Setup A Home Network Without Connecting To The Internet?

I currently have a home Wi-Fi network that has several devices connected to it including 2 Roku devices/TVs, a tablet, phone, and 2 PCs. They work fine but I don't want the Fire Tablet or PCs to automatically connect to the internet. I want them to connect and share files between each other with THE OPTION to individually connect to the internet whenever they need to and then disconnect when needed. How can I do this?

    One way: Wipe the DNS
[SOLVED] How to disable Internet connection without disabling the LAN/network? | Tech Support Forum

DNS Jumper (free) would be a reasonably convenient way to do that. (Useful tool too).

An alternative to dalchina's excellent suggestion: you may find this easier in your case.
(Sordum is a well-known German software provider, and many of their programs are regarded highly on this forum and on ElevenForum.)
Net Disabler is a one-button switch that will leave your LAN working, but internet access disabled.
Just tick the top box (Disable network adapter) and click the Disable Internet button. When you're ready to reverse that, untick the box and click the Enable button.

That should work for you. Here's a link:

    Net Disabler v1.1

I'm on a satellite connection to the Internet, and if there's any kind of "weather," my connection goes down temporarily, but my wi-fi connections between my computers (for file sharing) and my connections to my wireless printer continue to function perfectly.

    One IMPORTANT addition:

Image your system before you do anything you might need to reverse. That way, you can go back to square one quickly and easily.

One more thing: I've found that if I tick the Disable with proxy box and then the Disconnect button, I get the best results: the whole LAN works, and if I try to go on the Net, I immediately get a No Internet Connection message. If I use the Network adapter option or the Windows Firewall option, it may cut off the Lan as well as the Net.

Best of luck. Thanks for the nod.

I haven't tried anything yet but I have a question. If I check Disable Network Adapter, that won't disable LAN? I thought the Network Adapter was required to access a LAN. Also it does list the options below, are you saying only check the first one?

    1. Disable Network Adapter
    2. Block with DNS
    3. Block with Windows firewall
    4. Block with Proxy

See my post # 6 above.

Block with proxy, by itself has worked for me through about ten trials of this software, and the recovery of the INet connection after I press the connect button takes no more than about ten seconds to be active, for my connections.

Another thought, I just tried on my Notebook to go to Airplane Mode, still have connection to my NAS drives connected to my Wireless Router and Bluetooth mouse but No Internet.
