    utorrent

No incoming connections. Unless the icon turns green, it could indicate a problem with your network configuration.

I dont use a router to connect to the internet

anyone who know how to fix this?

    I don't use a router either.
You have to allow uTorrent access to the internet... through the software firewall.
Then, sometimes it takes a minute or two for a trackers to update.

I could show you my settings, but I use uTorrent 1.8 so I don't know if that would help.

This scans clean locally and at virustotal...

    Download uTorrent 1.8.0 for Windows - OldVersion.com

Once past version 1.8, uTorrent just got too weird for me. I've tried all the versions. This one seems to work the best
    as far as I'm concerned.

I can't help with that. I use Bitdefender Internet Security (which has a firewall), which takes over from Windows Defender... totally.
The ONLY place uTorrent 1.8 shows up is...
    C:\Program Files (x86)\uTorrent\uTorrent.exe

    And...

    C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent

Once I allow it through my firewall, it does take a minute or two for the trackers to get it together. Then the icon turns green.
    I'm on a 100/100 connection.

Down at the bottom, just a bit right of center... 1st there's no icon, then it turns yellow, then green.

But even after you get the firewall set properly, it still takes a minute or two to turn green.
And... there needs to be a torrent in there as well, or it won't even try to turn green.
