Two little people on desktop icons.

Every so often when I'm away from my desktop for a couple hours, I come back I see a image of two little people in the bottom left hand corner of my desktop icons. I've heard it has something to do with sharing. Can some one please give me a permanent fix for this problem. Getting tired of having to always refresh the desktop then it happens again after a day or two. My desktop folder is not marked as shared. Please help. As soon as I typed this I went back to my desktop to stare at them, and as I did they just vanished after a about 5 seconds. What in the heck is going on? I really feel they will be back and this annoyance is not solved itself.

I can't. Like I said, they disappeared right after I made my post.

I did just try this. I went into settings-Shared Experiences-Shared Across Devices and turned it off. At this point I'm about ready to try anything to keep ir from happing again. Two little people on desktop icons.-screenshot-4-.png

It does sound related to sharing. If you Google "Windows 10 sharing icon" and click the images option, you might recognize it.

I found this and performed #3,5,8,and 9. I'll wait and see what happens. Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10

Well so far as of today everything is fine. I'll give it a month just to be sure. If everything is still fine after a month, as far as those "Little people" showing up unexpectedly I'll mark this nuisance as solved.

A couple days after I made my last post on this subject I came up with a grey X on the lower left of my desktop icons. Did some research on the problem and unchecked the "Allow themes to change desktop icons". Grey X's went away and have never come back since! Little people have still not reappeared. Still going to give it a month though.
