    Who is Stas Orlov? (MS Store related question)


    I have limited MS store to connect only to known IP ranges, usually Akamai CDN servers.
    But today store apps try to download via CH server registered to this person? 87.245.212.59

    But seriously... This IP does not appear in the msft-public-ips list... how could WU download files from there ?

    Even registrar email is invalid. there is not even a mail server for it.

I am about to Install Windows 10 my questions if i choose "Nothing" everything will be deleted including files apps and settings will it also delete the drives too or only C:/ drive? Regards
