Updating 1 piece of hardware win 10 Pro

I found that my trusty Intel NIC decided to be a non functioning item 2 days ago so, I purchased a new NIC, a TP-link 10gb unit. I changed the item, booted into windows with the network cable unplugged. I configured the new item with the latest drivers and added a new IP address for my system and restarted the machine. It all appeared to go okay and I was able to surf the net then I tried to open Outlook to get mail, suddenly I am confronted with a message telling me I had to RE activate Office, not the first time I have had to do this either.
I run office 2010 and see no need to upgrade to later version. Now, after all this, I can no longer get Email, I get an error saying it can't log onto the pop server for MY account ( I have 2 accounts setup on the programme) but I can send and receive on the other. I tried to create another account but again it refuses to access the pop server.
My ISP is totally useless and isn't based in Australia so, I have tried to find something similar but to no avail.

At the same time as the Email problem, I find no that my settings for my internet access appear to have been compromised? Have run Malware Bytes and nothing to be found Nasty wise?
My speeds are supposed to be 100/40, right now I can get 94/.03 mbps.

Now, I also have a windows 11 install on another driver with office 2010 on it. I have had NO Issues since changing the NIC and can send receive Email with no issue and no speed reduction.

I guess I will have to uninstall office on my win 10 machine if no one can help?
PS, I did try to repair the office install but it won't work.

    PLEASE HELP SOMEONE.

    Hi,

Your upload speed seems abnormal is it always like that when you run multiple test.

Malok: The speed is only since my issue started. I can on my Win11 install get the advertised 40mbps but not on the Win10.
I have even tried the Speedtest.net in the browser and am getting the same issue.
    ANY suggestions?
