Should I Get Copper Cat6 Cable? Is it the Best?

CAT6 cable is an international standard, and has nothing to do with the manufacturing materials used - The fact that a cable has the CAT 6 designation, (and is from some recognised manufacturer, not some cheap knock off), it should meet or exceed the speed and distance minimums for the class, and any other specification included in the standard

It is always better to use single runs of cable where possible, with amplifier/repeaters, used to extend beyond the standard maximum 100M.
With your relatively short cable run and assuming you use a high class connector, or extension, ( I myself use a short 1m extension for my home system and see no "noticeable" fall off)

Cat6 specification requires conductors to be Pure Copper, those made with Copper Clad Aluminum are the worst. And always make sure Connectors / Junctions etc, are Cat6 Compliant.
I know nothing about this company, but they claim 100% pure copper 26 AWG, conductors...
