Network not working properly after Windows network reset

I reset my network in the windows settings because it felt like getting slower over the time and I thought that would fix the problem, but when it was done my network started acting weird. I got an cable that is direcly connected to my router and as soon as I reset my network, I noticed that in discord, when I tried to enter an voice chat it wouldnt connect me and I would get ´´No Route´´ error message. At first I thought it was only discord but it was nearly everything. I can download everything in the browser and it works but games like Apex Legends when im trying to play would get me an ´´Unable to connect to EA servers´´ error message. The same thing with Battle.net. I tried many things as restarting my router and reseting my Pc several times. I also tried changing my Ip address and Dns server and some stuff in the control center. Before I reset I had the norton antivirus installed and it worked fine and when im using Wlan the problem is also gone. I dont know what to do and I dont want to buy a new Pc or router.

I solved it. Yesterday I removed the Motherboard battery because I thought reseting the pc to factory settings would help but after it dindt work I knew my pc couldnt be the problem. So I got the app from my router and after a close look I fixed it. Im sorry for the time I wasted.
