Why 100 upload? Are you running a server? Just curious.

That's just the way Verizon plans are. 100/100, 200/200, 400/400, etc., etc., etc.

Wow that chart is pretty poor, I can't believe they get away with such a poor download/upload ratio!!!

It looks like my Wi-Fi plan is 4G but reasonable Ping. (it should be fine on video meetings with one slides and 3 youtube videos)
    Also,
    Attachment 336799
Can't be WiFi and 4G at same time. 4G is mobile/cell phone frequency and protocol, WiFi is also wireless but different thing.
You can have 4g from your ISP to your modem-router and WiFi from it to your device.

Apparently they long ago decided all that was important was download (for me, mostly true anyway)

The worst thing on my plan is, slow WiFi speeds.
Sometimes, the speed is so slow that it would be wouldn't load TenForums completely.
Ethernet speeds is stable, but my WiFi is not stable. (I don't know if the problem is the 2.4Ghz band)

If you have an Android phone, download Wifi Analyzer - Apps on Google Play and it can tell you if there are less crowded channels, etc.

Signal strength and dispersion can kill speed.
