    Started out with a 2400 bps dialup modem and then a 56K dial up modem.
    No DSL or cable. After a few moves I am now rocking AT&T Fiber.

    When my ADSL service was broken in the early-2010s, it looked similar, where the normal, was at least 10 Mbps at Speedtest and at least 600 Kbps for the upload.

    But when broken, it would often go down to 1.5 Mbps while the upload often stays roughly the same, for example, it likely was still at 600 Kbps.
