Server might have been busy, it drags it's feet sometimes, at other times it opens in a flash and my internet is pretty slow, 20/10 mbps. at best of times.

Sounds good but windows or pc is really dragging out opening in a browser. This site took about 15 seconds before I could post. I tested a few web sites and all were dragging it out.

Boot to safe mode and see how it acts there

Finally got my speed upgrade (500/35Mbps)

My neighborhood is finally getting some optics, 200/200mbps but I still have contract for another year and half to go before I can switch. It also comes with TV but my contract for that already expired. Although price would be somewhat smaller than present Internet + TV would be lower it would still cost me too much to cancel now.

A fast Virgin huh?
