Longmont Colorado's new fiber based muni broadband service called NextLight. $50 per month! Just got it and digging it.
I usually get over 900mb/s up as well but not tonight. I'm getting spoiled quick.

HFC (Cable) marketed as a 100/2 service.
Subject to a little bit of peak congestion in the evening, but then it still runs around the 90 Mbps mark
Upstream is a definite problem here, but that's a nationwide issue. Short of the new FTTP/FTTN network slowly being built across the country, this is the best most residential customers get.
This is my speed! I pay currently the equivalent of 29 USD. The ISP marked it as 100/10. Land line telephone is included (not calls).
Was previously on Comcast's $29.99 plan (25/5 advertised, always got 30/6). My first year's almost up, so they upsold the $39.99 plan to me (75/? advertised, getting 90/12).
