Upstream is a definite problem here, but that's a nationwide issue. Short of the new FTTP/FTTN network slowly being built across the country, this is the best most residential customers get.
Was previously on Comcast's $29.99 plan (25/5 advertised, always got 30/6). My first year's almost up, so they upsold the $39.99 plan to me (75/? advertised, getting 90/12).
