well isn't this embarrassing for a first world country we call Australia, and for me also.
this isnt typical of the national speeds but its the best i can get in my area/town, theres supposed to be upgrade/improvements on the way but will never attain some of the speeds posted here. fibre to the node with last 600m copper.
example: a 5GB W10 ISO from TehchBench takes about 22 minutes.

Back in May 2021 my cable provider Comcast raised my rates but said if I agreed to a 2-year contract they would give me Gigabit Internet (1200/35 Mbps) for the same price I was paying for Blast! Internet (200/10 Mbps). Naturally I took advantage of that and will continue to do so at least until they this special rate expires.
Unfortunately, the WiFi speed for my laptop (802.11ac) did not go up as much as I had hoped. I just got a new laptop which has much faster WiFi (802.11ax).

I have Comcast too, way up here in New Hampshire.
$108.95/month for 900 Mbps download speed and so on.
