Where do I get the credentials from?

Not sure about credentials

I went poking around my Win10 system and I came to the credentials. Strange though I have never seen the ones under Windows Credentials > Generic Credentials (see pic) 187628 Wondering if these are normal or is these something I should remove?

On my network I tried to access my other computer and was told to enter my website credentials. I have no idea of what that is and I don’t remember of ever having one. So what do I do?
