Laptop can't connect to wifi. Unidentified network no internet access

My laptop can't connect to wifi network, while my phone, pc and other devices can connect properly.
I also tried to connect my laptop to my phone hotspot and its works. This is weird. How can I solve it?

Hi, history please (so often omitted by posters):
    - when did your laptop last connect successfully?
    - if it did, what happened since then? Any change to hardware, configuration, cables, or software?
    - check your Update History - including drivers at the bottom.

Noted you're using some version of build 2004.

    Try using this free program:

Does your laptop detect a signal from the router at a suitable strength on either a 2.4GHz or 5GHz band as appropriate?

If you left click your internet tray icon, do you see the network at all?
Post a screenshot of that + your tray icon.

    Thanks.

So often I run into clients/potential clients in my area that think Wi-Fi is the computer connecting to the Internet, in reality Wi-Fi is the connection of the computer to the Wireless Router which in turn is connected to the Internet.

A portion of the list of Wi-Fi Routers within less that a mile of me, about half:

This is so weird. I cant connect directly to main router, i have to use my second router to connect to my first router.
What I do right know is Connect my 2nd router to main router and connect my laptop to 2nd router, this is the only solution for now but the signal from 2nd router is so weak because its placed on second floor. I can't connect directly to main router

Sounds like a weak signal. You can check that as I've shown you. But it seems you've found a way forward.
