    Network drive keeps disappearing

I have a user who is on our corporate domain with a domain account that has a login script. Yesterday, she was given access to another offices network drive since she will be working in the second office. Since she has a login script for the first office, the boss gave her access rights to the other office's drive and I mapped her a drive. I chose reconnect at login.

Today she logged in, opened the drive and a few minutes later, the drive window closed and the drive unmapped. I stopped bye her office and mapped the drive again. I rebooted and the drive returned. A few minutes after opening the drive, the window closed and the drive unmounted.

I see no reason for the drive to disappear. What would cause this behavior? a virus? I'm gonna scan the PC.

All help is greatly appreciated. This is windows 10 with all the updates

I mapped it as \\servername\folder as all the other drives on the users PC are. The strange thing is that 2 of the other drives on the PC are folders located on the same server and they have not disappeared.

I have 2 x 2TB NAS drives Y: and Z: attached to my Router via ethernet cable and can access from any computer that can access the Router using \\WDMYCLOUD2\Public folder and drive letters of Y and Z. Occasionally on 1 Wireless Notebook and after Sleep the Z: drive will show only the last 2 folders I worked in, sometimes clicking the down arrow in the left panel refreshes but sometimes I have to reboot, haven't gotten the resolution to it yet. My next test will be changing the power choice for what happens when the lid is closed to fully shut down.
