Why No Auto-connect to Wifi now?

Hi.

last two times i've booted up, my PC hasn't connected to the wifi. my connection is in the list, it's ticked as "connect automatically" but for some reason it isn't. connects no prob when i click to make it and i haven't knowingly changed anything.
any ideas?

[1] Did you install ANY WUs, Drivers, or Software PRIOR to this happening?
[2] Have you got a System Restore Point PRIOR to this happening?

I've seen such an issue and it usually was only a delay, seems the order in which drivers are loaded by the OS startup plays a part in it where waiting for a bit does complete the start. Or maybe something else loading in the background is causing it.

don't think it was a delay, however i tried the old trick of unticking the "connect automatically" box and then reticking it, and it seems to have worked, last couple reboots it's been fine.
