Unable to open a particular site

I have problem accessing a particular site, it used to work without any issues but recently the page stopped responding, I have tried different browsers, used different DNS addresses, cleared the cache, tried in different laptops with different OS(Win10&Win11), I have found two errors in Develeoper tools but I don't understand what they mean, could someone please help me, TIA.

I assume that you have Javascript installed and enabled on the systems you tried it on?

To be honest these look like errors in the Javascript that run the site to me, so probably nothing you can do anything about from your end.

Maybe contact the site owners and ask them?

    Hello @brummyfan,

    I just typed in . . .

    Code:

    https://csapps.acer.com/dashboard/#ace-home.php

    . . . which took me to . . .

    Code:

    https://csapps.acer.com/dashboard/login.php#ace-home.php

    . . . which took me to the screen . . .

Unable to open a particular site-web_login.jpg

Therefore, it is NOT the Site, which narrows it down a bit.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestion, when I try to login, I am left with a blank screen and unable to open the page.

You are VERY welcome. I was just trying to help you by narrowing down the possible reasons that are causing the problem.

Perhaps you are using a blocker of some kind such as ublock origin, and need to disable it for that site?

Thank you @dalchina, I have not enabled any blocker, do you think they might have blocked it at source?

Yes, the login page opens very slowly, when I enter the username &password I get only a blank page and unable open, when I checked with the developer tools I get 2 errors as shown in the snip.
