Metered Connection Warning
My Outlook comes with a warning about the extra charge.
How can I solve that?

Most likely you are using a Wifi Connection and this connection is set as "metered"
This is to avoid large quantities of data to be downloaded if you are in a Hotel or else on a public Wifi where you can use only an X amount of data.
In Settings you can find Network and Internet en make sure your connection is no longer indicated as "metered"

where is that option? is it in Outlook (2013) or in Windows 10?
