    can't transfer files between laptop and phone over BT


    Hi friends.
    I'm having issue transferring files between my old Toshiba L750-1N3 and Note 10 plus.
    I paired the phone with laptop and when I click on pics on phone and click on bluetooth icon phone recognizes the laptop but when I chose it I get an "error transfering files".
    How do I resolve this issue?
    I can try other phone and report back,if you want.

    To transfer files from the phone to the laptop you must first set up the laptop so it is waiting to receive files. In Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices:


    1. Turn on Bluetooth
    2. Click on 'Send or receive files via Bluetooth'
    3. Click 'Receive files'

    When you send a file to the laptop it then ask you to choose where to save it.
