How to change the desktop when you are inside a RDP session in fulls.

I need to find a solution for users that work (with win10) in an RDP session on a terminal server via VPN. They need to use a VOIP software that doens't work good via VPN (many dropouts). So the best solution for me seems that I run the VOIP software on the client's "host" and not in the RDP session. But the users need a shortcut to - when there is an incoming call - quickly change the host's desktop to the webbrowser where the VOIP software runs. Obviously strg+win+arrow-right does only work for the terminal session.

Do you have an easy / userfriendly solution for me?

    Thanky you very much!

The Server is 3CX. The client uses the firefox browser for the calls. It works very well in the LAN and via internet without VPN. Well a little to much timeshift sometimes but that's another topic :)
