OK, I'll give TCPView a try, too.
I'm having a bit of trouble installing Process Hacker. It's the first program I've run into in over 10 years whose installation was blocked by my security software - Kaspersky Internet Security ... and I've installed a ton of stuff, some of it pretty flaky. While i'm futzing with that I'll try TCPView.
It's a false positive detection.

TCPView is probably easier to use anyway.
TCPView is, indeed, easy to use. And I tend to trust the Microsoft Sysinternals programs.
NirSoft's NetworkTrafficView is also easy to use. And I tend to trust Nirsoft (for no particularly obvious reasons).
Both programs collect both IPv4 and IPv6 data. I can probably get what I need from them.
Many thanks for all the suggestions.
