Domain network ethernet not working but wifi does?

Hi there, firstly I apologise if this space is not for asking questions. I've been tirelessly and frustratingly been trying to fix this problem for the past month but the problem persists unfortunately. I have a small business with 3 computers on the premises all connected to the same network through ethernet they also have a software on them which shares information between the 3 computers. Additionally I have not been able to take card payments from customers for this whole time and had to give products away for free hoping the customers would return to pay. For over 2-3 months now my ethernet would randomly drop however when I would shut everything down and return the next day it would be back up but the ethernet connection dropped sometime 3 weeks ago and hasn't returned since. I realised that there was no problem with the router as all the lights are working fine and my wifi on my phone is always working. I have tried using a new ethernet cable from my main computer to the ethernet socket in the floor this didnt help. Additionally I have searched the internet for similar forums and have tried all the remedies found online e.g. the command prompts (ipconfig /renew release, netsh winsock etc). None of this has resolved the issue. I have also tried resetting the network, uninstalling etc none of this has worked either. I contacted my network provider and they said their tests have pinged back all clear. My Ethernet remains to have "unidentified network" underneath. Below is the information from my toubleshoot:

The Ethernet connection getting an autoconfiguration IP address (169.254.x.y) means you are not getting a real internet address.

I noticed there is no default gateway in my ethernet 2 but I used the default gateway from the wireless configuration. and followed the steps to assign a static ip through command prompt. Still nothing. I believe I pay my network provider for a second IP address for my wireless cameras which are no longer connected. Could this be causing an issue? Although it was working fine when I first stopped using those cameras. Also could the cables running along the building be damaged which could be causing an issue?

ISP only provide public IP address which you will use it to connect to internet the router uses DHCP server to assign devices on your network private IP address.

For some reason Ethernet adapter is been assigned automatic private IP address follow the instructions at the website to assign IP address to Ethernet adapter you can use the Control Panel to assign IP address.

I cannot ping the IP address without using Wi-Fi. I will try to assign IP address through control panel now. Also in my LAN Interface > Router Interface Status > LAN1, LAN2 & LAN4 all say "Disconnect". Is this normal for only 1 (LAN3) to say Connected Full 1000MBPS ?

This changes nothing unfortunately. As I said we are a business we do take payments here could it be that our payment system is forcing the automatic private IP address as a protective measure?

Hi guys, I seem to have fixed it for now. I feel very silly but after seeing that LAN 1,3 and 4 were disconnected. And seeing as all my LAN POrts in the router were being used I decided to try and move the cables. I had already tried this but for some reason the internet only works when all the cables are connected to the correct corresponding port.

Seems as I was wrong. It literally came on for 5 minutes after switching the LAN cables around in the ports but now it’s turned back off.
