The default shares unlike other shares which only give access to a folder they give access to the whole drive they are hard to exploit as it needs admin password but if it is accessed its game over

I have been checked all the logs in router several times during the last couple of weeks
No alien devices
The forward ports is disabled aswell
So another firewall, besides the one in the router and the one on my computer system?
Unfortunately, my router does not log so long ago / long timeframe
What tools in Windows are you here refering to?
Event Viewer?
Thanks for your inputs
Best regards

Could you please elaborate, your sentence is confusing me
The default shares, are the ones on the Cmd screenshot?
They only give access to a folder? Or the whole drive?
It's not worth opening a new thread on this but have a question myself what can an individual do if say their PC is Wifi connected to a router, you just know the owner of the router is not good with security, allows open access to the router password so all on sundry can connect---what can an individual do to protect their PC apart from not use the router concerned to connect to the internet or use their own cell phone as a point to point connection/hotspot.
Is there an app/software that will protect a single PC from such lax security or possibility of a remote attack/hack like this.
I had some further questions (above) to your initial reply
Could you please try to answer those
Thank you!
