Ah ok. Seeing you've done a fresh install of Windows then I'm stumped. Never seen this before unless a router issue.

That's a good idea, especially as the Clean Install has had NO impact.

[1] I would turn off or reset the Router just to see if that corrects it.
[2] You could contact the ISP provider to see if there are problems in your district or area for example. They will probably perform a line test or whatever for example, which will either eliminate or not another suggestion.

    I hope this helps.

Ok so, i think the problem was my range extender but i've connected my USB wireless adapter to another extender and nothing, it's doesn't work, and with the other extender (connected to another Pc) i can download every files without problem.

    Hello @JustSnooze,

    Very strange!

Without going back over the whole thread, have you run this from a CMD Prompt? . . .

    Code:

    ipconfig /all > "%UserProfile%\Desktop\IP_Config_All.log"

It will create a IP_Config_All.log file on the Desktop. If you have Relocated your Desktop, change the Path accordingly.

    I hope this helps.

Dispense with extra hardware- simplify, eliminate. I don't think you even mentioned range extenders- just ethernet at the start?

Connect this PC directly to your router, then try.

That's if I've understood what you've got, vaguely.

    Otherwise, network picture please.
