Ok, please create a new user for test purposes. Log in as that user and report what you find.

An in-place upgrade repair install has been previously suggested. Although you've upgraded to 20H2, that upgrade will not have the same effect. However, if you don't experience the problem when logged in as another user, an in-place upgrade repair install will not help you.
i created a new user but i have the same problem with all the browsers

Ok, you may as well try an in-place upgrade repair install using a 20H2 iso file as Paul Black suggested:
I can't download anything with browsers

Note that 'Mount' will not be available if .iso association is non-default.

If you're unsure which it is there's a tutorial which explains how to find out.

Or you could just use it.. as you have 20H2 there's no chance of upgrading (unless you somehow got an Insider build) and if it's older than 20H2 - which it shouldn't be if recent - then you'll get an error message.

i see the tutorial and i see the Windows 10 versions tab. On my Pc i've the Version 20H2 build 19042.867 instead of 19042.572.
there could be problems if i use the 19042.631. build?

An in-place upgrade repair install normally takes the build back a few minor versions to the last iso build.

I suggest you do this without accepting updates as part of the process.
