Using the wifi dongle on your PC can you connect directly to the router and not the extender? Does not matter if the signal isn't all that strong (2.4 GHz preferably) and see what happens to downloading.

Dispense with extra hardware- simplify, eliminate. I don't think you even mentioned range extenders- just ethernet at the start?

Connect this PC directly to your router, then try.

That's if I've understood what you've got, vaguely.

    Otherwise, network picture please.
I can't because my router is at the first floor

You can create a bootable flash drive using I think Options 2 or 4 from this, but using the iso you've downloaded of course.

You should do that for test purposes.

A basic principle of fault finding is elimination and simplification.

Won't try that one as I don't know exactly what giving permission for "Legitimate Interest" really means.

i can download games with steam, i have this problem only with browsers
I can download the same files on other devices with the same connection

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi there
depends on what browsers you are using.

With firefox you can choose a few options that could eliminate this problem (assuming it's not firewall or router settings -- so check those too).

Firefox IMO is far better than the rest if you need to tweak things - and now that it can also handle pdf files -- "Bye Bye Edge".

Not getting into "Browser wars" here - pointless in the extreme - but sometimes there's too much unnecessary security built into typical ones -- home computers aren't really of any interest to professional hackers any more - it's not 1998 these days. They make more money by scamming, disrupting infrastructure - e,g Electricity generation , health services - remember a year or two ago the British NHS was almost brought to a halt via determined hacker attacks), denial of service to servers etc. No hacker these days is interested in making a few bucks by disrupting some home computer running W10 Home edition etc.

Sometimes also some ISP's don't like people using particular web sites -- the UK believe it or not blocks more web sites than N.Korea or Iran put together !! (Even things like tunein radio only allows UK stations any more !!!).

I'm sure classical Radio stations from Holland / Belgium aren't exactly of concern to "Piracy" or "Rights" issues -- BTW UK users Radio Garden gets round that - great app. !!! No need for a VPN.

Here's the UK Court decision on the blocks for tunein Radio -- Bonkers isn't it.

TuneIn Infringed Labels' Copyrights, Court of Appeal Rules * TorrentFreak

You could try TOR Browser if download getting throttled - but I don't think that particular site is of any real concern to "Rights Issues lawyers (aka Scumbags!!).

The OP has the same problem with PowerShell. The problem should not lie in security settings.
