Can Windows 10 Quick Assist connect to iPad?

    Greetings...My 1st post

Can Windows 10 Quick Assist be connected to iPad?

I live 800 kms from my 82 yr old mother, who is struggling in setting up couple things on her iPad. Due to Covid, I am unable to visit & help her.

Does windows & iPad communicate? Can i use my windows 10 laptop to get into her iPad to troubleshoot?
    Thank u

All I can offer is it may depend upon which iPad and Version of iOS is involved. I had to recover photos from an old iPad 2 running iOS 9.5 couple months ago, had to download and install the latest iTunes to my Notebook then I could use its file management to copy the files from the iPad to my computer. But the 2 machines were 2 feet apart, don't know if a long-distance connect will work. The reason for iTunes is her old iPad didn't have the necessary file manager while iTunes does, was able to get her files onto a Thumb drive.
