is there software that can quickly detect network problems and repair?

My job is to repair computers remotely

many of my clients’ computers are unable to connect to the Internet.

I find it difficult to solve this type of problem because there is no way to do it remotely.

I would like to ask you

is there a software that can quickly detect problems and automatically repair network failures?

    windows version number:2004(19041.804)

Can you expand on what remote options do you have?
do you work over phone with clients or is there some issue with remote desktop or how would you describe your available options?

What is the issue that can't be solved within your job framework?

I'm asking because if you have technical limitations then how is some program going to do it other way around?
What kind of problems would that software need to solve, and what protocol it should support?

The problem I'm talking about is that the client computer cannot access the Internet.

Therefore, it is impossible to use remote control software (teamviewer, todesk) to help customers solve the problem of not being able to access the Internet.

Of course, my client and I can also communicate via video call (WeChat)

They would need to download some program to another working computer and transfer it to trouble computer and then run diagnostics.

You may be able to collect network logs, but don't expect to find a program that will fix them, if there is such thing sooner or later there will be cases when it won't be able to solve the problem, ex. hardware\driver failure or misconfigured gateway.

What you're looking for is something like this:
    https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/13130

You could then perform packet analysis and give accurate instructions.

    Wireshark is here:
    Wireshark . Go Deep.

I have a collection of odds and ends - utilities - that were aimed at Windows 95/98/98SE, sometimes they have worked, sometimes they have not worked. If they did not already exist on X computer's harddrive, then that computer is on a kayak without paddles and nowhere near the shore. In short, your customers, when they do have internet access, have to take a list of utilities you recommend, and store them somewhere. Probably zebal will have such a list to recommend for your customers.

Remote network diagnostics and repair is a possibility with professional network systems that include the correct access options, Remote server / router/ Switch / access although this is unlikely to be available with small business or home user

Windows 10 has a built-in network diagnostics system that may be able to fix a lot of network errors / Issues, these will often require training of clients to perform these tests locally.

Beyond the basics there is usually no alternative than to visit the client and use various tools to log data and errors and then your experience to diagnose and eventually repair the errors.

When you have access to the system locally there are a myriad of possible programs you can add to your toolkit some are described here ... 10 Best Network Troubleshooting Tools & Software for Free Diagnostics!

The best way to control these potential issues is to ensure you have a solid system of backups on every system that you are tasked to maintain, for network systems this should include backups of all the parameters of the devices and the modem / routers used in the system.

These days I would suggest keeping individual system images of the devices and and possibly router redundancy, [so that a failure of one router does not cause the whole system to lose connection to the internet] . you would have to train personnel to perform the recovery of the network parameters

Mr. Wang, I found a related tutorial: Reset Network Adapters in Windows 10
However, nothing you can do if the problem lies in the ISP, unless you are the ISP.
