I've never change DNS and I think every reseting the network card sets the DNS properly.

It happened in an unknown way, I suppose during on of the Windows updates.
Windows 10 2004 has this bug. I experienced it myself when I installed Windows 10 on my SSD for the first time. I did some Googling & I found the solution. Windows 10 has virtually no QA/QC besides Insiders, so updates tend to be really buggy. Anyway, I'm glad I could help you! :)
