    Unable to remove shared folders

    OneDrive online.

In the 'Shared' section, I noticed a number of empty folders.
Wanted to get rid of them, but didn't find any delete/remove option there.
However, when switching to "My Files", these folders do not show up.

I agree, they are empty, so... never mind, it makes no difference.

It is a bit peculiar though.

    Anyone?

    Thanks.

This was a reminder to me that I've had an old folder in my 'Shared' section for a while, same problem- no 'Delete' option w/R-click or on tab at top. At some point I must have had something in there that I shared but, like you, it's been there for yrs.
Just got rid of it, finally. I selected the folder, it opened showing no contents. Hit the 'open details' icon (upper R, 'i' inside a circle). Scroll down to 'Has access', click 'manage access', deleted link to Shared folder. Now it's GONE from Shared and My files ! ope this works for you, although you may have top do those one at a time since the orig Share link is unique to each folder. Good Luck

    Thank you very much!

It took quite some 'clicks' but I indeed succeeded to get rid of them.

Never expected the solution was so much 'hidden'.

    Thanks again!

Thank you for the reminder to really put some effort into this. It drove me nuts a long time ago so I had abandoned trying. Also, thanks for marking this Solved so someone else can find the solution.
