The last number of the ip should be different and the dns different everything else should be the same ie subnet, greway
Ah I understand. I went to my other PC and got the numbers. However I do not see two dns numbers

Ok I tried a bunch of numbers but it would not let me save them. I finally got this combo to be accepted.

    192.168.0.106
    24
    192.168.0.1
    8.8.8.8
    8.8.4.4

Still not sure what I would need for ipv6... Still say no internet.

I did uninstall and reinstalled the drivers.
Manually (forced) install from driver software, or did you just let Windows do its driver thing ?

OK, for me, my next step would be ...
    - disconnect the internet
    - uninstall the drivers (use Geek Uninstaller or RevoUninstaller to remove the driver files. Don't just delete).
    - shutdown
    - connect to the internet (assuming ethernet/LAN)
    - restart the computer. If drivers are not (re)installed automatically, run Windows update.

(If this is unsuccessful, you can always revert back to the proprietary files from the website and continue troubleshooting)
