Turning on Mobile Hotspot for wifi sharing causes browser issues

I am on windows version 20H2, I recently had to start sharing my wifi connection from my PC to my phone, the connection is fine and everything works correctly on both ends, but when the mobile hotspot is on, if I open a web page on my PC browser I will get a (Server Not Found) Error, and when I reload it goes to the page normally. It seems very random sometimes, but I am sure it does this for every first page I open after a browser restart at least. I cleared my cache and cookies but it's still the same. Everything else is fine, and the mobile hotspot is the only new thing that I did before it happened so I'm sure it is the reason.

    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks

The hotspot routing is doing something on default gateway try installing internet information all feature that will create inetpub folder in c drive and service the port 80 or try enter hotspots default gateway from phone in browser which could be like 192.168.137.1 and configure or figure the tcpip setting with tcpoptimizer software set to windows default. It should go away

Only if it dont go away by itself. Its overlapping host resolve or get better dns server try DYN 216.146.35.35, 216.146.36.36

I really didn't understand much, I'm not good at this, but I tried to enter the hotspots default gateway after finding it, but I couldn't. I would really appreciate a simpler explanation if you could.
    Thanks
