    Speedtest.net mystery

Here's a mystery involving a Dell 6420 notebook PC running Windows 10. It involves Ookla Speedtest.

Using the Windows 10 Speedtest app installed from the Microsoft store, that app shows no faster than 60mbps internet downloads. No matter whether I'm using a 5G wifi link or an ethernet cable, there's a 60 mbps speed limit using the Windows 10 Speedtest app. However, using a web browser connected to Speedtest.net, I get 5g wifi downloads of 150mbps,

Using another desktop PC I easily get 450 mbps downloads using the Windows 10 Speedtest app.

I've shared these results with Ookla speedtest. So far there's been no response.

I have a 25Mbps Wireless DSL subscription, 2 results, top is Win10 and bottom is Ookla:

It probably is different because the Wireless adapter in the Notebook is 802.11ac while the Router is 801.11n.
