I bought a PC from Novatech that came with a built in WiFi card, and something to plug in/screw in to connect to the WiFi from the Wifi card.

This is the Wifi Card that it came with;
300Mbps 802.11n Wireless-N PCIe Adapter, with detachable antennas.

Before plugging the antennas, there was no Wifi at all, but after plugging them in, we had WiFi for awhile. It would frequently disconnect, until eventually not being able to even the WiFi connection after so long. I checked the power management settings for the Driver to ensure it was not being turned off for power, as you can see.

I also noticed after plugging in the antenna, the adaptor name had changed to both Ethernet 2 and WiFi 2;

I had manually changed it to "My Wifi" in an attempt to fix the issue, following another guide as to how WiFi 2 doesn't seem to be working at all. I cannot change it to just "WiFi" as I get an error that that name is already in use;

I checked my network drivers, and all of the drivers seem to have a #2 or more at the end, but upon showing "Hidden Drivers" there is no other drivers without the #2

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the drivers, they always come back with a #2, I have updated and rollbacked the drivers, same issue, and I have factory reset the PC with the same result. The same issue is occuring with the Ethernet. I cannot keep using the USB as the connection is not good enough.

Is there any fix?
