    Internet on mobile phone through USB in Windows 10?


    Can i/How to connect my mobile phone to internet through USB cable? I'm using Windows 10.

    Most phone software will only let you go the other way - it will only let you share your phone's internet to the computer over USB. Also, I don't think Windows 10 internet connection sharing works over USB, only Ethernet or WiFi.

    You can plug your Nokia into a computer with a USB cable, and use your computer's internet connection on your phone? I have USB tethering on my phone, but it will only share my phone's internet connection TO the computer. It will not work to receive internet FROM my computer.

    Unfortunately, Samsung Galaxy Note 10 running Android 10 will not do it unless rooted.

    @Sandi1987, looks like it depends on your phone model and whether the phone supports it or not. The process is called reverse tethering.
