The solution that worked for me (after two hours and a moron at Xfinity IT) was...
1. Go to Network Connections in Control Panel
2. Right-click on WiFi connection and choose Properties
3 Click on “Internet Protocol Version 4” and go to Properties
4. Use the following DNS Server address and type “8.8.8.8” and “8.8.4.4” for the two servers.
5 Check box on for “Validate settings upon exit”
If it still doesn’t connect, try a reboot.
