    Killer Networks Driver or Software+Driver

I ordered a new Dell XPS 15 and it comes with the Killer 1650ax. I've always had Intel Wifi adapters. I prefer using manufacturer drivers because they update more frequently. On Killer's page there are two options...the Killer Software package and a driver's only option. Does anyone with experience with these products recommend one or the other with respect to performance and resource usage? Can you install Intel drivers instead...seeing as this appears to be a re-branded Intel AX200? Thanks.

I've no experience with Killer Network devices.
However... over the years I've learned that 90% of the time, the "driver only" is the way to go.

Sometimes the "package" is what you want. Usually though, these "utilities" don't do much, but bog down your system.

There is a program called Revo Uninstaller (free), that can UNinstall, pretty much anything.
So really, you can try the package. If it doesn't do anything helpful, you can uninstall it and just install the driver.
