    Problem connecting to the internet but being connected


    Dear all;
    I suddenly started having trouble to connect to the internet. I use a VAIO SVS, running on an updated windows 10. The computer says I am connected, but it actually keeps oscillating between being connected and not. Even when I try to access the internet using VAIO Easy Connect, I don't succeed, even after receiving the message that I can start browsing. My other devices are accessing the same network normally.

    The windows diagnose says "The DNS server isn't respondng".

    I would appreciate any help on the issue.

    Hello maurosayar and welcome to TF ,
    Make sure you have the latest drivers installed from Sony website and is you Windows updates current?

    From winver, what's the full version # you are using? Please include that and other information in your profile PC information section. Thanks.
