No longer have direct access to my entire home network

    Hello,
    I'm using Win 10 Pro 20H2 (19042.572)
Since few days, although my internet connection has been working fine, I no longer have direct access to my entire home network. Indeed, when I click on Networks in File Explorer, I only have access to the media server.

To access all the network (Ethernet currently), I have to deactivate the network, then reactivate it and hurry to click on network otherwise, it must be deactivated and reactivated again (see attached image).
    Any Idea?
    Regards

Can you print other pc or access by name or IP? A major update in effect means it's a new pc and network so it can take time to work. From a CMD prompt type ipconfig /all does it show NetBIOS is on test on all PC's it's the thing that resolves local names without it you can access via IP

    TNX for yr reply,
I can access by IP (192.168.0.254) to my Freebox_Server but not by name via File Explorer Network.
I have to deactivate the network, then reactivate it and hurry to click on File Explorer Network to access by name.
By typing ipconfig /all, NetBIOS show Activated

My guess is that previously the OP was either using SMBv1 which would be disabled in this version of Windows or the two function discovery services are somehow stopping (I've had this happen on one of my PC's -never figured out why). My recommendation is to either re enable SMBv1 (actually not recommended) or check that the two function discovery services are running (or try restarting them to see if that fixes the issue). There is a tutorial somewhere on this site that walks you through how to do that...

If you can reach by IP its safer to leave smbv1
