    Acer Aspire V (v3-572PG-570Q)
    Intelcore i5-5200 CPU 2.20
    8gb Ram

on the computer when it can access the internet open an elevated command prompt and use this command (Without quotes)
    "arp -a"

It should list your local addresses (don't post it as this list might contain your actual location) it is for informational purposes.

Open Elevated Command Prompt in Windows 10

The list should tell you what computers are on your network all 192 or 172 are local computers.

Probably should go back to basics.

Windows has a a built in network trouble shooter.

Go back to the device manager and choose (double click) on your adapter. Advance tab
Wifi disable any options for green energy or power cutoff or selective suspend
wireless mode b/g/n or what ever is max on yours.

Ethernet disable energy efficient , Green , Large send offload (Ipv4 and ipv6) disable.
    reboot

    if that doesn't work

goto settings / network and internet status / change adapter options

this will open a new window with your adapters
Choose wifi or ethernet (Which ever you use) right-click choose properties click on Internet protocol Version 4 (tcp/ipv4)
choose properties check to see on the general tab that obtain ip address and DNS are set to automatic

click ok then close . Right click on the adapter again choose disable, wait a couple of moments
and right click and choose enable (resets the adapter)
