Windows 10 1909 WIFI connection issue

I had an issue with my hp aio 20-c304l . Windows version is 1909 b 18363.1139

It was intermittently disconnected from my HOME WIFI. later I discovered it disconnets after few minutes but now it cannot connect at all.
1- I did reinstallation (very clean install)
2- I did driver update
3- I did windows update
4- I did downgraded the Realtek WIFI driver version
5- Call the telco engineer to reset the router, done
6- This hp PC can connect to my smartphone hotspot

Please advise what I have to do? Because, my other Windows 10 laptop had same problem, but all of our smartphones chrome cast, printers are working fine

Please let us deal firstly with the HP AIO
open a cmd prompt with admin rights
type
ipconfig /all
when you have the results on the cmd window
right click top bar
click edit and select all
it will change to white background
right click top bar
edit and copy

Download the file and save it. Do not run it at this stage
NOTE: It is recommended to remove the previous driver before installing new driver.

When you have the file downloaded and saved to your desktop or wherever you choose
Follow the procedure here please.
1. Go to settings - updates and security - then updates on left pane then on main window advanced options and then on pause updates select a couple of days forward of when you are doing this.
2. Go to control panel - device manager and scroll to your wireless - the Realtek on the heading network adapters
right click that entry and click uninstall device
Before clicking uninstall on the window that opens click to check - delete driver software - for this device.

3. Now shut down completely
Step 1: Open Start menu, select Power button.

Step 2: Press and hold the Shift key on keyboard, while clicking on Shut down, and then release the Shift key to perform a full shutdown.

Now reboot and run the exe for the driver installation you downloaded from HP.

4. Now reboot again on restart
and try the connection.

Thanks for the advice. I did installed this driver version and issue persists. Let me retry and update here for next couple days.

the WIFI driver is autoinstalled to 2023 version, been trying to uninstall but it keeps autoinstalled and there is no delete drive software option.

download both the bluetooth and the wireless - the 71MB file and the 32MB file

SAVE those to your DESKTOP
Do NOT install them at this stage


Pause updates as previously explained
Go to Control Panel programs and features and select all instances of Realtek entries - including bluetooth and of course wireless.
Select one at a time and uninstall

Go to the location shown on your screenshot - Local Disk D and delete all of those application files for the driver installs

Shutdown the computer as previously explained - point 3 on previous post.

Reboot right click the bluetooth downloaded zip file on the desktop
click extract all - extract to the same location eg the desktop
Open the extracted file and run the SETUP
that is listed as SETUP =- application

Wait for that to complete
Do the same with the downloaded zipped wireless file

Wait for that to complete.

SHUTDOWN again as per my guide to complete shutdown.

Reboot and test.
