IPv4 only Web pages loading problem - IPv6 are OK

My friend has Windows 10 notebook and has problems with pages that are IPv4 only. I tried ping and it translates addresses well - v4 or v6. But v4 has problems with ping timeout - IPv6 are OK. Pages (v4) doesn't load but after a while they loads. Notebook gets both addresses (v4+v6).
Android phones works well without this problems.
I tried my linux notebook and there are no problems as well.

Friend's NB loads that pages on another WiFi well (I don't know if it gets IPv6 address there)

    Thanks for any help ;-)

(I didn't note his Windows 10 version, but will on next visit - should be Win 10 Home )

To collect IP configuration information, do the following:

    Open a Elevated Command Prompt:

Press Win key, type cmd. Right click on cmd.exe at top left and select Run as Administrator.

Copy & Paste the following into the Command Prompt window, exactly as shown, including double quotes:

    cmd /c "ipconfig /all > postme.txt & ping yahoo.com >> postme.txt & reg query "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings" | find /i "proxy" >> postme.txt & notepad postme.txt & del postme.txt"

    and press ENTER.

A file will open in Notepad. Please Copy & Paste the contents here. Please don't redact anything as there is nothing in there that is a security breach. Close the Notepad window and the file will be deleted and the Command Prompt window will also close. Post results in a reply here.
