    Accessing a DNS address

I have created a DNS dynamic address. And using this address (someexample.go.ro) with a certain port, I am trying to access router page (a web camera (DVR) in fact).

The issue is that on some machine I can access this address + port, on other machine, I cannot. And I don't know why.

So, I have: someexample.go.ro:7001. Why I can access this address on some machine, and on others I got: This site can’t be reached.

I have tried to create my own inbound rules inside of windows defender:
    Accessing a DNS address-image.png
but no success ... can you tell me why ? I can give you any information you need.

    Thanks,
    Flaviu.
