How to track how much internet bandwidth im using on my laptop?

Dell xps 15 9550 and windows 10 pro.

I like to be able to check how much gb i am using daily, weekly and monthly. I know a long time ago when i used another computer, i installed some program which tracked this... but i believe windows 10 has this somewhere in the settings?

Settings > Network and Internet > Data Usage
I kind of like it broke down like this rather than one number. Makes it easier to troubleshoot problems in the network or background programs, etc. YMMV

Hey. I checked and it does show it. But anyway you can check it per hour or day or week? It seems to show monthly only?

    From the Microsoft Store:
    Internet Usage Monitor - Free
Internet Usage Monitor - Premium ($0.99)

Note the free version will only let you monitor for 30 minutes.
