Bluetooth Gadget Protocol Verification

Hi Guys,

Quick question:
I recently purchased a Bluetooth 5 transmitter & receiver to stream music from my computer to my set of non-Bluetooth speakers.



If one wishes to verify that this gadget is indeed Bluetooth 5 as it claims, how can one accomplish that? Is there an app that can perform that task?
