Oh God! the endless drama with Intel Wi-Fi drivers... and the notorious error code 10

Currently corresponding back-and-forth with Intel support about this notorious and exhausting issue.
surprisingly I was able to stump Intel tech support to a point where they have no answer.

    I have a laptop, Asus Q536F. with an Intel Wi-Fi AC 9650.
Everything was fine until about 1 1/2 or so years ago after Windows update I started to lose the Wi-Fi.
It was gone and showed in the device manager with the yellow warning triangle "device cannot start, error code 10"
Eventually I had to resort to an external plug-in.
From all the inane and irrelevant including the notorious "reinstall" Windows "expert recommendation" I finally can report with 100% certainty the following:

Long story short, I found out what the issue is how to cure it (temporarily) and how to create it:
It doesn't matter which version of Wi-Fi driver you have.
The original default Microsoft from 2018, [when I bought the laptop] is just as good as the latest 22.250.XX.

The problem is some kind of address or port conflict created by the Bluetooth driver ( unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed) but typically usually only after a reboot.
Going into hibernation, survives more or less the running configuration without creating the conflict.
If I uninstall Bluetooth driver, reset the BIOS and restart all is fine.
If I install the Bluetooth driver all is fine UNTIL I REBOOT.
Then the "Kabuki Theater" begins a new with guaranteed 100% certainty!

Problem is also that Windows update "we force it down your throat whether you want it or not" installs again at least after update Tuesdays the Bluetooth driver again because it detects is not installed...

The rest of all the inane suggestions and comments I have received from here and there including Intel support forum are all irrelevant excuses of "we don't know we don't have a clue" all the way to claiming that it's defective hardware...
Yeah right! So how come I can get it to work if it's "defective hardware" and run it for weeks as long as I don't shut down or block as possible Windows to do any update?

The Intel Wi-Fi AC9560 software has a design defect in conjunction with Bluetooth (BT). It does not matter which driver you install, the error code 10 will occur again and again in windows 10.
I corresponded extensively with Intel support on their website and eventually they cut me off when I explained and demonstrated to them that any of the drivers will cause the problem. I also contacted Asus and there I also ended with a brush-off answer. MS Windows support: Forget it, you get nowhere and I definitely will not pay for a defect remediation that they created!
Other then that, you get lame script replies, boilerplate remedies, denials, flat out denials and the run around and blame game: Intel blames Asus, Asus blames Intel. Both blame Windows....
They know the defect, they are well aware of it what the problem is but they getting I away with it unless eventually there will be some class-action.

The simple truth and fact is: in any other OS or PE OS the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth works without snitch. Only after some Windows 10 update a couple years ago the problem started and is present to this day. There are thousands if not ten-thousands or more who have the same issue running Windows on any hardware platform that has an Intel WiFi AC9560. In fact the problem is so notorious present that when you type in a search "Wi-Fi error code 10" practically all search returns are about Windows 10 and the Intel WiFi AC9560.

Anyone who doubts me, I can clearly demonstrate how do produce "error code 10" and remediate it again. (Of course I have to activate/uninstall the Bluetooth driver) From an old MS default WiFi driver from 2017 to all (many) Intel driver releases to present, the problem persists once Bluetooth drivers are installed. all of which was not the case prior to certain Windows update some years ago.

Of course when you do a Windows update it will install the Bluetooth again whether you want it or not as you are not allowed to selectively choose what you want to have updated and what not and can only time-limited and collectively block updates.

I now have to use a external plug in WiFi (and/or BT) if I need either or both. Not what I paid for and was sold to me!
