New Windows 10 and Windows 11 Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel Wireless Adapters 23.30.0 version has been released. See first post for more details.
Intel thinks that constant upgrades to their defective design, solves the problem. It does not!
As long as you do not install the Bluetooth driver everything is more or less okay.
The excuse by Intel that I have a defective wifi is nonsense and they refused to answer that I can demonstrate that in another operating system or with a simple boot from a USB i.e. Strelec or similar PE OS's the problem does not occur.
Also if you type into any search engine "Intel Wi-Fi error code 10" you get over 20 million results! Many of them referring to the Intel AC9650. Or simply try "Intel AC9650 error code 10" and you get over 8,500 results.
As noted many times before, all was fine until one day some two years ago after a pushed Windows update the problem emerged.
New Windows 10 and Windows 11 Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel Wireless Adapters 23.40.0 version has been released. See first post for more details.

I have huge speed performance drops with these new drivers!
23.40.0.4 these are:
670 Mbps down / 316 Mbps up
These new 23.50.0 ones:
154 Mbps down / 126 Mbps up
How can this be?
It's on two notebooks with AX200 WiFi 6 card, and also an AC9560
So... I rolled back.
AC9560 is the worst.
Do a search "Wifi Error code 10" you'll get swamped with the issue and you alwasy will se "Intel AC 9560"
Intel must be held accountable.
They think they can "fix it" with constant driver updates.
The problem persists.
The problem started a few years ago after windows update.
The wifi works fine as long as the BT driver is disabled/uninstalled.

For laptops I take all the drivers from its drivers page except the GPU for me Nvidia drivers. With the intel wifi oem driver I have good speed, maximum for wifi ac, and no problems.
